Next time when you suffer from pain you should try with magical pain relief tea. The preparation is quite easy and simple and it will not cause any negative side effects.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoons of black tea
- 2 glasses of water
- 2 teaspoons of ground cardamom
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
- 1/2 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Combine the powdered ingredients and add them in the water. Allow the water to boil. Boil the water for 10 minutes and then add the black tea. Allow it to boil for additional 2 minutes and then strain the mixture. Add the almond milk into your tea and add the honey.
